| OK, but can I earn the £30 a week as well as get Job
Seekers’ Allowance or Benefit money?
As a rule, no. You can only receive one or the
other. But it is worth talking to us about your circumstances as
there are different ways in which you might be eligible for the
Activity Agreement, and the £30 a week is not the only financial
benefit on offer.
Also, if you are receiving Disability Living
Allowance, getting Income Support as a Lone Parent, or State
financial help as a Care Leaver, there is a special exemption for
you – sign up and you can still earn the £30 a week on top of your
other money. |
