Syful, now age 18, expressed an interest in music production to his Keyworker Sandra. As part of his Activity Agreement she arranged for him to attend a local Social Enterprise organisation which provides music, I.T. & digital media activities, tuition and education to young people. The project’s workshops aim to develop participants’ confidence, self esteem and transferable skills. Syful really enjoyed the workshops and successfully completed the 6 week course.
In addition to the music workshops, Syful also took on some voluntary work, working with children and young people through the Bradford Youth Service. He helped out with the day to day running of the day care centres and took part in the away days including a Yorkshire Dales Challenge.
Syful is currently attending Shipley College and studying a Diploma in an Introduction to Media where he is developing his skills in computer animation. He is making excellent progress and has grown in confidence, independence and self esteem.
