Overall Success on the Activity Agreement Seventeen year old Sam is on course to a great career thanks to the Activity Agreement.
Sam, who lives in Leeds had ambitions to work in the Construction industry. Having left school without many qualifications he was unsure how he would fullfill his ambition.
With full support and advice from his Activity Agreement Keyworker, Bernard Gavins, Sam began training and quickly achieved his first step towards success by passing a site safety course. Sam then went on to receive specific training in all aspects of construction and impressed the training staff with the quality of his work, enthusiasm and commitment.

Geraldine and Chris Bull were so impressed with Sam that they offered him a position of assistant tutor with the intention of putting him through college to gain a teaching qualification.
Geraldine says “Sam is a fantastic role model for our students. It just goes to show that if you prove yourself there are opportunities to be had.”
Sam agrees “I cannot thank the Activity Agreement and Skills 4 U enough for giving me this opportunity. “
